Mushrooms Provencale
serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 lb white mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cl garlic, crushed
- 1/2 small yellow onion, peeled and chopped
- 4 T butter
- 1 lb white mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 C fresh-ground bread crumbs
- 1/4 C parsley
Instructions
- Sauté the garlic and onions in the butter until soft.
- Add the mushrooms and sauté over high heat until all the vegetables are hot and tender. Season to taste, then toss with the bread crumbs and parsley.
- Plate and serve.
